Additional Notes:

13% HST will be added to all services provided.  All prices are based on homes 2500sq/ft or less (finished basement included).  Add $50 to packages for homes over 2500sq/ft.  Over 4000sq/ft please contact me for pricing.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your booking details.  An invoice will be sent once final services have been completed.
